To us, a symptom is an invitation.

     Herbal medicines, while primarily plant based, can also include minerals or animal products and can be adjusted to accommodate any dietary restriction. They can be packaged as powders, capsules, or decoctions, tincture, teas and more.

     

     Based on the diagnosis, each herb is carefully selected according to the state of the client’s current state, (affected organs, balance of Yin and Yang, health goals, energetics). Different herbs have different properties and can balance particular parts of the body creating a more targeted approach to a treatment plan. Herbal therapies may be used to:

  • Decrease cold/flu symptoms

  • Improve digestion

  • Aid in recovery following illness

  • Provide support and rehabilitation from chronic disease

     The time is ripe for thinking about applying the science of psychology, in part because, we are learning a ton about how to apply these kinds of concepts about how we can make ourselves happier. We as a whole really need these incites pretty badly, as a whole our happiness or well-being has gone down, we are statistically less happy. Doctors prescribe antidepressants at 400 times the rate than twenty years ago. Most surveys show Americans and people in general are not getting happier. This is frightening, I will admit I myself am nothing short of imperfect but with some of these skills and this knowledge I can be aware of it and acting with that in mind  everyday.

     

     Based on the Information Provided, We will provide the guidance, knowledge and Research to support you in following a  path of more self love and happiness in your life. Support is highlighted because this is where I can be here to walk you through some steps but in no way can I magically do these things for you. This will always be a work in progress and it all starts with being aware that something is wrong, AKA your not actually happy that gives you room to make yourself truly happy!
